City of West Concord

The water and sewer line items charges are based on the meter usage during the monthly billing period.

The current rate per gallon as follows:

• Water:   $.00702
• Sewer:  $.00920 

• Water meters are read by the end of the month to complete a 30-day usage cycle.
• Payments are due not later than the date stated on the bill, or a late fee will be applied.
• There is a drop box in the entrance of City Hall for your convenience.

• First time users will need to set up an account. 
• The Municipality Code you will need is:  WestConcordMN985.  This code is case sensitive.

There is a $3 user fee per $100 which will be added to all payments.
